With a growing presence across multiple communities, Ruebits is building a leadership volunteer team of experienced professionals who are passionate about contributing their expertise to initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact for children. All leadership roles begin as mission-driven volunteer engagements, with opportunities to evolve into long-term strategic leadership positions as the organization expands. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Programme Lead Location: Remote Employment Type: Volunteer Job Description We're looking for a Programme Lead to help turn Ruebits' ideas into well-planned, meaningful experiences for children and communities. You'll be the one holding the bigger picture together — making sure that great ideas don't just stay ideas, but actually reach the children and families they're meant for. Responsibilities You'll support: Planning and coordinating programmes and initiatives Creating timelines, task plans, and programme structures Working with volunteers, facilitators, creatives, and partners Coordinating programme activities and logistics Tracking progress and ensuring things stay on course Supporting programme evaluation and reporting Identifying challenges and helping the team find solutions Perfect for you if: you're organised, proactive, a good communicator, love bringing people and ideas together, and can take ownership of seeing a project through.
