We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Inventory & Storekeeper Location: Ago-iwoye, Ogun Employment Type: Contract Responsibilities Inventory & Stock Management: Receive incoming shipments of construction materials (e.g., rebar, cement, timber, electrical/plumbing fittings, aggregate) and verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and quality standards. Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconciliations, and audits; report discrepancies, damages, or low-stock alerts immediately to management. Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to ensure continuous workflow on-site without overstocking. Monitor shelf life and proper storage conditions for perishable materials (e.g., chemicals, adhesives, cement). Material Issuance & Dispatch: Issue tools, equipment, and materials to site workers and subcontractors strictly against approved store requisition forms. Log all material movements, returns, and tool check-outs into the store inventory log/software. Track the return of non-consumable equipment, power tools, and unused materials back to the store daily or post-task. Site Security & Store Housekeeping: Ensure strict security of the store premises; restrict unauthorized access to materials and tools. Organize materials systematically in designated areas using proper tagging, labeling, and bin management systems for easy access and audit. Maintain high standards of site store cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in line with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies. Procurement Coordination & Vendor Relations: Collaborate with the Procurement Department and Site Engineers to forecast material needs based on project timelines. Inspect suppliers' deliveries for correct quantities, specs, and quality before signing goods received notes (GRN). Maintain accurate documentation for invoice processing and audit compliance. Reporting & Documentation: Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports detailing stock levels, material consumption, tool condition, and damage/loss reports. Maintain digital and physical records of stock ledgers, bin cards, purchase orders, and waybills. Salary N150,000 - N200,000 per month. Application Closing Date 21st September, 2026.
