We are recruiting for the position below: Job Title: Analyst - CVM Operations Job Identification: 7780 Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Reports To: Manager - CVM Operations Division: Marketing Mission Support the activities of the outbound and inbound channels for campaign execution aimed at reducing churn and increasing customers’ spend. Description Provide support in monitoring and tracking campaign performance over campaign lifecycle Support the inbound and outbound campaign management platforms for the purpose of campaign execution, deployment and evaluation Assist in User Acceptance Testing for the new BTL offers Assist in developing and executing Below The Line campaigns with the aim of generating incremental revenue and reducing churn on the network Provide support in writing, editing and proofreading campaign scripts to ensure the best and effective marketing communication is achieved to drive campaign uptake and improved campaign success rate Analyse outbound and inbound campaign results and propose recommendations to the business based on campaign performance Support the Campaign Management systems and channels . Requirements Education: First degree in any related discipline Fluent in English. Experience 3 - 7 years’ experience which includes: Experience working with others in a medium sized organization (Campaign Management, Customer Service, BTL Communications etc.) Experience in Database in telecommunications industry Expertise in experimental test design Demonstrable reporting & analytical skills Good understanding of customer data analysis.
