We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Aba, Abia Job Description Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent administrative and communication skills? Basic Foundation International School is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the School Administrator in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate student and staff records. Register new students and update school databases. Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documents. Manage the front desk, receive parents and visitors, and handle enquiries. Monitor attendance records and support report card administration. Assist with school events, office operations, and inventory management. Maintain confidentiality of all school records. Support the School Administrator, and perform additional assigned tasks. Requirements OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field. Must be computer literate. Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience (school experience is an advantage). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong organizational, comprehension, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
