Go live on TikTok to market available jobs and answer applicants' questions. Respond to TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram inquiries professionally. Generate qualified leads and convert them into office visits and applications. Follow up with potential candidates until they complete the recruitment process. Stay updated on TikTok trends and use them to increase reach and engagement. Create daily content including videos, photos, and testimonials. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure accurate job information is shared. Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and application targets. Maintain a positive and professional representation of the HR Edge Recruitment brand. Assist with marketing campaigns, office events, and recruitment drives.
