• Minimum Qualifications and Skills Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 Credits or better. • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in data collection, field monitoring, or a related role. • Verification of all qualifications by ZAQA is required. • Required Attributes Knowledge of the Zambian petroleum downstream sector and the UPP mechanism. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and database management. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
