• There are two positions available: Crop Manager and Beef Manager • Applicants must be 35 years or older and willing to commit to long-term rural work • The farm is located in a remote rural area with limited network connectivity • Candidates must be comfortable living and working with minimal amenities • Best suited for individuals with strong farming backgrounds, especially those with rural experience • Only serious applicants who can adapt to and thrive in rural conditions should apply • Plan and manage all crop production activities including land preparation, planting, weeding, and harvesting • Supervise and coordinate farm labour teams • Monitor soil fertility, irrigation systems, and pest/disease control • Implement sustainable and climate-smart farming practices • Maintain accurate records of planting schedules, inputs, and yields • Report regularly to management on crop performance and productivity • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field (required) • Master’s degree is an added advantage • 5 years of practical experience in crop farming and management
