• Identify and recruit new customers/ partners for BuySimu products and services. • Conduct field sales and marketing activities within assigned areas. • Explain product features, benefits and payment plans to potential customers. • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance. • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers. • Ensure accurate customer onboarding and documentation. • Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports. • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities. • Participate in promotional campaigns and activations organized by the company. • Drive sales of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products • Promote Buysimu services to customers and merchants • Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Must have experience in the mobile phone industry (retail, distribution or brand sales) • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
