We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, Send messages to customers, Guide customers through the payment process, Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, Meet weekly and monthly targets, Give proper and correct report of work. We used use skilled and experienced recovery agents to support loan agencies, using multiple communication channels such as SMS, phone calls and emails to remnf and encourage customers to fulfil their repayment. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Location: Ijaye, Abule Egba - Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Job posting and advertising: Creating job descriptions and posting them on job boards and social media platforms to attract candidates. Candidate sourcing: Actively searching for potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job fairs, and networking events. Screening and shortlisting: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates to determine their suitability for the position. Coordination: Scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating the hiring process between candidates and hiring managers. Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company culture. Qualifications Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with at least 1 year work experience. Core Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Salary N150,000 monthly.
