Field Sales Representative

Drive field sales for LERE, a business scheduling app by Qolaro Ltd. You'll prospect, demo, and close clients in assigned city zones to meet a non-negotiable target of 10+ paid subscribers monthly. Includes a £100/mo base plus pertormance commission (£20 per 3 extra sales) as an independent contractor. Identify and approach service based businesses in your region. Demonstrate LERE’s booking and scheduling features to business owners and decision makers. Guide prospects through signup, onboarding, and initial use of the platform. Follow-up with customers after signup and payment to encourage continued use of LERE, maintain the relationship, and address or escalate any issues that could lead to cancellation. Maintain regular communication with acquired customers and monitor their subscription status to support customer retention. Meet a monthly sales target and work towards acquiring 10 paid subscribers per month. Maintain accurate records of prospects, customers, follow-ups, subscriptions, and customer status in the CRM. Report sales activity, customer feedback, follow up activity, and retention concerns to the Qolaro sales team. Represent LERE professionally in every client interaction.
