We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Wealth Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Responsible for providing personalized financial planning and investment advisory services to high-net-worth clients, helping them grow, protect, and manage their wealth in line with their financial goals. Responsibilities Develop and manage personalized wealth/investment strategies for clients Advise clients on investment portfolios, asset allocation, and risk management Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and retention Monitor market trends and adjust client portfolios accordingly Provide guidance on tax planning, estate planning, and retirement strategies Prepare and present periodic portfolio performance reports to clients Identify new business opportunities and grow client base Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Collaborate with legal, tax, and investment teams on client solutions Stay updated on financial products, market conditions, and regulatory changes Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field Professional certification strongly preferred (CFA, CFP, ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) Master's degree (MBA or related) is an added advantage Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in wealth management, investment banking, or financial advisory, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios Skills: Strong financial analysis and investment knowledge Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills Strategic and analytical thinking Strong communication and presentation skills Sales and business development acumen Proficiency in financial planning tools/software Other Requirements: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism Strong network/connections with high-net-worth individuals is an advantage Regulatory licensing/certification as required by jurisdiction Ability to work under pressure and meet client/business targets.
