Counter Sales Personnel

Responsible for serving walk-in customers, driving counter sales, processing transactions, maintaining stock displays, and providing excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. Company: MegaPlay Arcade Limited Position: Counter Sales Personnel Location: Kitengela Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers.Recommend suitable products and upsell where appropriate.Process sales accurately using the POS system.Receive payments and issue receipts.Maintain a clean, organized counter.Monitor and replenish stock.Receive and arrange new inventory.Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.Promote current offers.Prepare daily sales and cash reports. Qualifications & Requirements Certificate/Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is an advantage.Retail or counter sales experience preferred.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Basic computer/POS skills.Honest, organized, and dependable.Able to meet sales targets. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM KPIs Monthly sales targets achieved.Customer satisfaction.Cash handling accuracy.Stock accuracy.Punctuality and attendance. Compensation Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
