• High school diploma or vocational training certification. Bachelor degree will be an added advantage. • At least having at least two (2) years of experience in sale and marketing is an added advantage • Based in the area of operations will be added advantage, • Knowledge in areas of targeted clients (school, churches, hospital, NGOs) of the company, • Computer skills: MS Office, advanced Excel preferred • Good written and verbal skills in English, Kinyarwanda • Analytical thinking and sound judgment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to work with various administrative and program levels of the company, • Strong organizational and research skills with a thorough understanding of sale and marketing principles, procedures, and techniques. • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally • Access to a phone and ability to move within your area • Confidentiality and ethical behavior, • Teamwork and time consciousness, • Competitive commission on every successful order
