• Design and develop corporate banking products that meet the needs of target corporate customers and align with the Bank’s strategic objectives. • Develop competitive and profitable product propositions that enhance customer value and support business growth. • Promote and market corporate banking products to target customers to drive product uptake, sales, and revenue growth. • Manage and maintain the corporate banking product portfolio to ensure profitability, competitiveness, and alignment with customer needs. • Conduct market research and analyse customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify product development opportunities. • Manage the end-to-end product life cycle, including product development, launch, enhancement, review, and retirement, ensuring products remain relevant and compliant. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a strong foundation in product management, business analysis, marketing principles, customer relationship management, and financial services. • Professional certifications in Product Management, Banking, Digital Banking, Project Management, or Marketing are an added advantage. • 2 – 3 years’ experience in banking or a related field, with exposure to product development, product management, and customer relationship management to support the design, enhancement, and management of the Bank’s corporate banking products and services. • Experience in developing, managing, and enhancing banking products and services, ensuring they remain competitive, profitable, and responsive to customer needs. • Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify product opportunities and support informed product development decisions.
