• Support initial due diligence and renewal analysis on charities applying for Charity Funds. • Assess charity applications for completeness and compliance with international rules. • Provide excellent service to donor and charity clients through effective communication. • Support cross-training within the Giver Services team. • Maintain organized and up-to-date systems and databases. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. • Spiritually mature Christian with a strong calling to this role. • Experience in CRM systems and virtual/dispersed teams. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Cultural competency and sensitivity in dealing with donors worldwide. • Previous experience on a previous role will be an added advantage
