• Develop and execute the automation roadmap aligned with business objectives • Identify automation opportunities across departments (RPA, workflows, system integrations) • Prioritize automation initiatives based on ROI, risk, and impact • Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle (discovery ? design ? development ? testing ? deployment) • Oversee development of automation solutions using tools such as RPA platforms and APIs • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with IT standards • Manage and mentor automation team including developers and interns • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of projects • Build team capability through training and continuous learning • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • At least 3 years’ experience in IT automation, RPA, or systems engineering • At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role • Experience with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar
