• The incumbent is responsible for mobilizing loans and deposits, enforcing target achievement, maintaining quality loan mobilization, customer retention, assessing the market, setting up products accordingly, and monitoring recovery activities 2. • (The credit department is the first responsible for assessing and mitigating financing risks). • Other Activities Responsible for the strategic development and operational activities of the Business Units to ensure maximum profitability and quality of customer service. • Requirements: Qualifications, Professional Certification and Experience A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or equivalent. • Relevant Masters’ degree will be an added advantage. • A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a banking or microfinance institutions with at least 5 years’ experience in managerial position.
