• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company’s AV equipment and services. • Actively market and sell projectors, sound systems and other audio visual equipment. • Promote the company’s equipment-hire and event AV services to potential clients. • Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, networking, online platforms and other sales channels. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Respond to customer enquiries and provide appropriate product and service information. • Prepare and follow up quotations, proposals and sales leads. • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV equipment and solutions. • Develop and maintain a database of prospective and existing customers. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities. • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. • Represent the company professionally when meeting clients and attending events. • Work closely with the technical and operations team to ensure customers receive appropriate AV solutions. • Support the coordination of equipment hire and other customer requirements where necessary.
