• Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP financial modules (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger). • Support system maintenance and optimization to ensure financial data accuracy and stability. • Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks and contribute to resolving finance-related client support tickets. • Participate in user training sessions to help clients understand financial workflows within ERP systems. • Develop skills in technical accuracy, responsiveness, and financial process support. • A Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • CPA Part I (Section 2) minimum • Interest in ERP systems and enterprise software; prior exposure to financial systems is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. • Good communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts clearly. • Willingness to learn technical aspects of ERP systems and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
