• Efficient with the use of materials and point out service sale opportunities • Complete jobs in a timely manner and hand over to Supervisor for commissioning and subsequent billing. • Deal with customer complaints and demands referring to team leader& Operations Administration Assistant for follow up. • Provide quality service to both internal and external customers by completing all tasks accurately and within the set time-frame • Be flexible in meeting customer needs. May include use of logistics such as motorcycles or alarm response vehicles • Training of Client on the use of the security systems ensuring customer satisfaction ✓Conduct basic incident investigations. • Work as a team in collaboration with other technical members of staff. • Maintain good turn-out in uniform and display good customer care. • Undertake training in systems upgrades according to market demands • Assist conduct technical surveys. • Handle technical activities related to: Breakdowns, maintenance and installations within the time frame as assigned • Ensure re-servicing is conducted according to schedules • Comply with KSIA & KBA standards relating to workmanship • Record and maintain technical records i.e., worksheets, service schedules, job cards • Log movements with control room
