Minimum Requirements: ● Completed Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE). (Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous) ● Minimum 5 years experience leading large teams in a high-turnover, complex retail environment. ● Strong leadership and matrix management skills with the ability to drive collaboration across multiple departments. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining strategic oversight. ● Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. ● Strong operational and reporting skills, with experience using data to make informed decisions.
