• Qualification Required & Experience Education & Qualification •Electrical Technician Part II and III, or HND Electrical Engineering. • Experience •Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a mining environment, especially milling or CIL plants. • Knowledge & Skills •In-depth knowledge of high voltage power systems, including substations, transformers, and power distribution networks. • •Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team of engineers. • •Ability to report accidents, incidents, and near misses, and participate in investigations. • •Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality of work. • •Good written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people of diverse cultures and values. • •Valid Ghanaian driving licence and ability to drive a light vehicle.
