Key Responsibilities ● Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned region. ● Promote and sell company products to end consumers. ● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. ● Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers. ● Support the onboarding of new customers and maintain strong relationships. ● Visit existing customers regularly to maintain relationships and drive repeat sales. ● Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when necessary. ● Maintain accurate customer records and sales data. Key Skills & Competencies ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Self-motivated and target-driven. ● Willingness to work in the field to meet customers daily to prospect and follow up ● Basic negotiation and persuasion skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ● Proficiency in basic computer applications. Additional responsibilities o Existing customer growth o Repeat business and retention Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related field a) Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure: - Product availability -Lead time alignment -Efficient order fulfilment b) Partner with Finance to: -Align pricing strategies and margins -Support credit control and payment cycles -Drive profitability on key accounts · Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance insights · Provide management with data-driven recommendations on growth, pricing, and market
