• Bachelors’ Degree in Geology / Geological Engineering / Earth Science. • Minimum of 5 – 7 years in a Mine Geology environment, which includes 2 – 3 years exposure to Supervisory activities. • Must be able to meet the requirements of a Grade Control Geologist. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. • Advanced communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. • Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). • Advanced decision-making skills. • Advanced information monitoring and management skills. • Advanced planning, organizing and prioritizing skills. • Strong database management skills. • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
