• Inventory & Logistics Coordination – Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient movement of goods to maintain stock integrity and customer service levels. • Operational Excellence – Drive efficient and controlled warehouse operations through continuous improvement, problem-solving, and inventory accuracy. • Teamwork & Communication – Foster effective collaboration and communication to ensure seamless warehouse and logistics operations. • Safety, Quality & Compliance – Maintain a safe, compliant, and audit-ready environment while upholding quality, food safety, and operational standards. • Diploma or Certificate in Inventory Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Administration, or related field. • Strong knowledge and minimum 5 years’ experience of inventory control systems, warehouse operations, stock management principles, logistics processes, and supply chain best practices. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role or leading teams. • Experience using ERP systems (preferably Odoo), inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel for stock reconciliation, transaction tracking, reporting, and inventory accuracy. • Demonstrated understanding of internal controls, stock accountability, audit requirements, and inventory governance standards, with the ability to maintain accurate and traceable records. • Proven ability to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, health & safety, and company policies and procedures within warehouse and distribution operations. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process, authorize, verify, and document warehouse and logistics transactions. • Good literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to prepare reports, maintain documentation, and perform accurate data entry. • Highly organized, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining process discipline and control standards. • Forklift, Reach Truck, or Narrow Aisle Truck certification will be an added advantage.
