• Lead and coordinate the Graphic Design, 3D Design and Print Operator teams, including allocation of briefs and delivery timelines. • Interpret client briefs and provide clear creative direction for branding, activation, events, signage, displays, fabrication and experiential projects. • Review and approve designs, 3D renders and artwork before client presentation or production. • Oversee print execution and verify artwork, dimensions, resolution, color, substrates/materials, finishing and quantities before and after printing. • Apply working knowledge of large-format printing machines, print processes, substrates, color management and finishing techniques to guide execution and resolve output challenges. • Work closely with machine operators, Projects, Printing and Production teams to ensure designs are production-ready and successfully executed. • Conduct creative and print quality verification before dispatch, installation or client handover, reducing reprints, wastage and production errors. • Manage multiple briefs and projects, proactively identifying design or production risks and ensuring agreed timelines are met • Mentor designers and build creativity, accountability, quality consciousness and teamwork within the department. Education / Training • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Multimedia Design or a related field. • Relevant professional training in design, 3D visualization or print production is an added advantage. • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a creative/design environment, preferably within branding, printing, signage, advertising, experiential marketing, events or fabrication. • Demonstrable experience leading or supervising a creative/design team. • Strong practical experience in print production, artwork preparation, print execution and output verification • Working knowledge of large-format printing machines and processes.
