Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Payroll Manage day-to-day HR tasks: tracking staff attendance, sick leave, advances, loans, and training records. Prepare and process end-of-month payroll inputs. Maintain accurate, up-to-date staff records and oversee the daily workflow of the HR department. Performance & Employee Relations Implement and coordinate the company’s staff appraisal and performance review system. Handle employee relations, including disciplinary meetings, complaints, investigations, and terminations according to policy. Compliance & Safety Ensure strict compliance with Tanzanian labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Lead monthly workplace health and safety meetings. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Skills: Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities. Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Swahili (written and spoken).
