• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through targeted networking, online research, referrals and strategic outbound prospecting. • Cold calling, emailing and engaging decision-makers such as HR Directors, CEOs and business leaders through LinkedIn. • Initiating conversations and building strong first-stage relationships with prospective corporate clients across different industries. • Presenting high-level overviews of Talent Grid Africa’s solutions, including corporate recruitment, temporary staffing, executive search and special HR projects. • Qualifying prospects and scheduling discovery calls and corporate presentations for senior account executives and consultants. • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and recording detailed client information in the CRM. • Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly outreach, prospecting and meeting-set targets. • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in B2B telesales, lead generation or sales development, preferably within professional services, recruitment or agency environments. • Strong communication, phone etiquette and relationship-building skills. • A self-driven and resilient mindset, with a proven ability to work towards and achieve targets. • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
