• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Finance, Operations Management, Public Administration or a related discipline. • Professional certifications such as: PMP; PRINCE2; CIPD; CHRP-K; CPA(K); CISA; ISO Lead Auditor; Lean Six Sigma; Results-Based Management; Change Management; Corporate Governance • A minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in organizational operations, institutional management or nonprofit administration and at least five (5) years of experience in a senior management or leadership role. • Demonstrated experience overseeing finance, administration, human resources, procurement and compliance functions. • Strong knowledge of governance, enterprise risk management and organizational development. • Experience working with donor-funded organizations and regulatory compliance frameworks. • Excellent analytical, leadership and organizational management skills. • Strategic and operational leadership. • Organizational development and performance management. • Financial oversight and institutional resource management. • Governance, risk management and compliance. • Human resource leadership and organizational culture development. • Procurement, administration and logistics management. • Digital transformation and information systems oversight. • Strong decision-making, planning and problem-solving abilities.
