• Accountable for the planning and delivery of all in-scope and additional contracted work on site. • Review contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards. • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any discrepancies or issues as they arise. • Facilitate effective communication flow between all staff members to ensure seamless service delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to address contract-related matters and resolve disputes. • Manage all people HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and training. • Address HR-related concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Work closely with the HR department to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in contract management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. • Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in contract management software and tools. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM) are a plus.
