• Coordinating the development, implementation and review of the organization’s Strategic Plan. • Translating strategic objectives into annual business plans, departmental work plans and measurable performance targets. • Coordinating the development, review and implementation of the organization’s Annual Performance Contract and related performance instruments. • Developing and maintaining an effective organizational performance management framework. • Coordinating the preparation, consolidation and monitoring of departmental and divisional performance targets. • Monitoring implementation of strategic initiatives, programmes and projects against approved plans, budgets, timelines and performance indicators. • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework for the organization. • Coordinating quarterly, half-yearly and annual performance reviews and preparing performance reports for management and the Board. • Conducting performance gap analysis and recommending appropriate corrective and improvement measures. • Coordinating monitoring and evaluation of strategic programmes, projects and organizational initiatives. • Supporting management in the development of evidence-based strategies and interventions to improve organizational performance. • Undertaking environmental scanning, benchmarking and analysis of industry, regulatory, economic and operational trends affecting the organization. • Conducting strategic research and providing management with timely information for decision-making. • Coordinating departmental planning, target setting and performance review processes. • Supporting the development of the organization’s annual budget by ensuring alignment between financial resources and strategic priorities.
