• Plan, develop and implement maintenance programs • Assign daily maintenance tasks to technicians. • Supervise, coordinate and guide the maintenance team. • Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution. • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in equipment and machinery • Respond to machinery and equipment breakdowns and coordinate quick repairs. • Check quality of completed work and ensure standards are met. • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. • Ensure all safety procedures are followed. • Lead and mentor maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability • Communicate equipment issues and needs to the Maintenance Manager. • Perform any other duties as required by the management. • Having A0 or A1 Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering, mechanical maintenance or related field. • Proven experience of 3 or more years in maintenance work. • Strong hands-on technical skills.
