• Support the Information Management Team in maintaining and updating information management systems, databases, and dashboards. • Assist in ensuring that information systems are accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards. • Help develop and maintain data collection tools, templates, and supporting documentation. • Support the standardization of information management processes across projects and departments. • Provide first-level support to staff using information management tools and escalate technical issues where appropriate. • Assist in collecting, compiling, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple programme sources. • Support data validation and quality assurance processes to improve the reliability and consistency of datasets. • Assist in preparing routine reports, dashboards, maps, and data visualizations for internal and external use. • Support the Information Management Team in analysing programme data and generating insights to inform decision-making. • Assist with GIS and spatial data management activities where applicable. • Support the maintenance of organized digital records and documentation repositories. • Assist in consolidating information from different country offices and technical teams. • Help track reporting timelines and support the preparation of periodic information products. • Contribute to the testing and improvement of new information management tools and workflows. • Capacity Building and Technical Support
