• Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP modules, ensuring proper setup of workflows, parameters, reports, and user roles. • Support system maintenance and optimization to enhance stability, performance, and data integrity. • Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks and contribute to resolving client support tickets related to ERP functionality. • Participate in user training sessions to help clients understand system workflows and technical features. • Develop skills in technical accuracy, responsiveness, troubleshooting, and ERP process support. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Strong interest in ERP systems, enterprise software, and technical implementation. • Basic understanding of databases, system configuration, or scripting languages is an advantage. • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and client environments.
