Ability to work with minimal supervision. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills. Willingness to strictly follow safety procedures and company rules. Relevant professional certificates will be an added advantage. Must be a Tanzanian citizen with a valid NIDA number. Must be between 21 and 45 years of age. Three (3) letters of recommendation from guarantors. Valid Police Clearance Certificate. Recent passport-size photographs. Key Responsibilities Perform construction and maintenance works efficiently and to high standards. Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations at the workplace. Properly maintain tools, equipment, and work materials. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the scheduled time.
