ā¢ Manage OTA listings, availability, content, and optimisation. ā¢ Monitor rate parity and distribution channel performance. ā¢ Manage OTA, agent, and corporate contracting. ā¢ Identify booking trends and revenue opportunities. ā¢ Lead, train, and support the central reservations team. ā¢ Ensure consistent standards, communication, and response times. ā¢ Provide operational cover during staff leave and absences. ā¢ Develop procedures and improve reservations workflows. ā¢ Oversee direct reservations via email, WhatsApp, phone, website, and agent enquiries. ā¢ Ensure accurate handling of bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests. ā¢ Oversee deposits, invoices, refunds, and reservation-related billing. ā¢ Coordinate with Finance regarding payments and outstanding balances.
