We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager. Position: Marketing Manager Location: Dar es Salaam Reports To: Managing Director Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s security services and products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. Lead brand awareness and promotional campaigns across various platforms. Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and company profiles. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and prepare performance reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development. Experience in the security industry will be an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools. Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
