• Review and approve civil engineering designs and construction drawings. • Supervise foundation construction for transmission towers and substation equipment. • Oversee site grading, access roads, drainage systems, retaining structures, and building works. • Ensure compliance with approved specifications and construction standards. • Review geotechnical reports and recommend foundation solutions. • Conduct site inspections and quality verification activities. • Monitor contractor performance and productivity. • Coordinate civil works with electrical installation activities. • Verify quantities, measurements, and progress certifications. Qualification Requirements • BSc in Civil Engineering. • Minimum of 8–10 years experience in power infrastructure projects. • Experience in transmission line foundations, substation civil works, roads, drainage, and structural works. • Knowledge of geotechnical investigations and structural analysis. General Requirements • Experience working on high-voltage transmission and substation projects (161kV or above preferred). • Strong knowledge of utility standards, engineering codes, and regulatory requirements.
