• Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand to determine material requirements for all production facilities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and procurement, to prioritize material orders based on production schedules and demand forecasts. • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, aligning with Unilever’s sustainability goals. • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the supply chain while adhering to Unilever’s ethical sourcing guidelines. • Generate reports and provide analysis to support decision-making processes and continuous improvement initiatives. • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate potential material shortages or price fluctuations. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, Unilever’s policies, and quality standards. • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • – 2 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production related environment. • Proficiency in inventory management and business-related applications including ERP systems • Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in supply chain management.
