Serve as an active member of the Executive Leadership Committee, contributing to strategic business planning and operational decision-making. Financial Management & Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with the General Manager and Finance team to drive profitability, manage operational budgets, and control labor and operating expenses. Monitor department productivity, revenue performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve financial targets.
