• Receive, safely identify, and manage GBV disclosures through ethical and confidential procedures. • Conduct survivor-centered intake and comprehensive case assessments. • Develop and implement individual GBV case action plans in collaboration with survivors. • Provide continuous case follow-up, monitoring, and documentation of progress. • Ensure safe and timely case closure in accordance with GBV case management standards. • Conduct confidential risk assessments to determine level of danger and urgency. • Develop and implement individualized safety plans with survivors at high risk. • Ensure immediate protection actions for high-risk and life-threatening cases. • Facilitate timely referrals to health services (including clinical management of rape), psychosocial support, legal aid, and shelter services. • Maintain updated knowledge of GBV referral pathways within Mahama Camp. • Follow up referred cases to ensure access, continuity of care, and service quality. • Coordinate with health providers and protection actors for emergency response cases. • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gender Studies, Sociology, Human Rights, or related field. • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in GBV case management in humanitarian settings. • Strong knowledge of: IASC GBV Case Management Guidelines Survivor-centered approach and confidentiality standards GBV referral pathways and service coordination systems
