• Enthusiasm for technology and a strong willingness to learn and grow as a developer. • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, BBIT or a related field. • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., PHP, Java, Go, etc.). • Knowledge or exposure to backend development frameworks such as Laravel, Spring Boot, or Gin(Golang) will be a plus, but not mandatory. • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team-based environment. • Excellent communication skills and a keenness to actively participate in discussions. • Integrity- upholds high degree of honesty and values to be trusted with high value transactions processing and support • Leader – Take ownership and responsibility of tasks • Detailed – Think through the proposed design (solution) approach and documentation before coding • Disciplined – Estimate and communicate the duration of time to complete tasks • Agile – Move quickly and easily to resolve issues. Look at short-term approaches that satisfy immediate needs and plan for long term approaches that are more robust • Humble – Willing to listen and learn • The QA Engineer Intern will support Pezesha’s Product and Technology teams in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of internal and customer-facing platforms, including the LMS, Marketplace App, Agent App, APIs, and partner integrations. • This role is designed as a learning and hands-on quality assurance position, where the intern will assist in test case preparation, manual testing, bug reporting, regression testing, UAT support, and QA documentation under the guidance of the Product & QA Coordinator, Tech Lead, and Senior Tech Lead.
