• Maintenance Strategy & Planning • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies for fixed plant equipment. • Establish long-term asset management plans aligned with production and business objectives. • Ensure effective shutdown, turnaround, and major maintenance planning and execution. • Plant Reliability & Performance • Maximize plant availability and reliability by reducing unplanned downtime. • Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and maintenance cost per ton. • Team Leadership & Development • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, engineers, and trades personnel. • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skills mix for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams. • Promote a strong safety culture and accountability within the maintenance team. • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent work experience in a similar setting on similar equipment). • 8–12+ years maintenance experience in fixed plant / mineral processing / heavy industry. • 3–5+ years in a maintenance leadership or management role.
