Audit Trainee Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2026). • Completed or currently pursuing a professional certification. Internal Audit Trainee Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other relevant fields. (Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and awaiting graduation in 2026). • Completed or currently pursuing a professional certification. Tax Trainee Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2026). • Completed or currently pursuing a professional certification. • Have a particular interest in tax specialization. Accounts Trainee Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2026). • Completed or currently pursuing a professional certification. • Have an interest in accounting specialization. Corporate Finance Trainee Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant degree (Must have graduated within the last 2 years/ completed their coursework and awaiting graduation in 2026). • Completed or currently pursuing a professional certification. Marketing Trainee Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields. (Must have graduated within the last 2 years or completed coursework and are awaiting graduation in 2026). • A professional certificate in Marketing (CIM) is an added advantage. • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva). • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts. Skills Required Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to: • Communicate effectively. • Collaborate to achieve common goals. • Think creatively and solve problems. • Be self-motivated and take initiative. • Show eagerness to learn and grow. • Commute daily to and from Nairobi and its environs for the 12-month program.
