• Generate new business through field sales, prospecting and customer visits. • Sell brake linings, brake pads, brake shoes, discs, drums, lining rolls, bearings and riveting services. • Develop relationships with spare-parts dealers, garages, mechanics, distributors, fleet owners, transport companies and institutional clients. • Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders. • Manage existing customer accounts and encourage repeat purchases. • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances. • Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback. • Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets. • Submit regular sales, customer visit and pipeline reports. • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • At least two years’ experience in field sales or business development. • Experience selling automotive spare parts, bearings, tyres, lubricants, machinery or other technical products is highly desirable. • Good understanding of the automotive spare-parts market. • Strong negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills. • Ability to work independently and travel extensively within an assigned territory.
