• Full Grade 12 Certificate • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field. • Masters in HRM will be an added advantage • 5+ years’ experience in a human capital role covering the above key focus areas. • Experience working within a structured HR framework, preferably • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labour legislation track metrics (turnover rates, time-to-hire), make fair decisions without bias • Demonstrated experience in payroll administration and remuneration frameworks • Proficiency in HR and payroll systems • Excellent communication, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. • Exposure to Union Management, an added advantage • Member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
