• Inbound Customer Engagement • Manage customer engagements across WhatsApp, Flowcart and social media. • Respond to calls, messages, comments and online inquiries promptly. • Follow up on Flowcart broadcasts and customer leads. • Confirm all order details in writing before closing the sale. • Escalation Protocol Attend to complaints, price disputes and escalate where necessary. • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed. sales. • Ensure no online customer is left unattended during working hours. • Reach out to previous clients to reintroduce products, promotions, and new stock. • Maintain and work through a structured list of past clients, prioritized by recency and value of past purchase. • Log outcome of every outreach contact, • Greet and acknowledge every customer personally. • Provide accurate product, pricing and stock information. • Give clear next steps after every customer interaction. • Log all customer inquiries and outcomes across every platform.
