• Provide strategic leadership in the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of allied health and outpatient clinical services. • Oversee the operational performance of clinics, ensuring efficient service delivery, optimal resource utilization, and achievement of key performance indicators. • Lead quality assurance and patient safety initiatives to promote excellence in clinical care and enhance patient satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, organizational policies, and clinical best practices. • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and support teams to improve workflows, strengthen service delivery, and enhance patient outcomes. • Oversee Health Information Management Services (HIMS), including medical coding and central filing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. • Monitor inventory management in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted availability of clinical supplies and equipment. • Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams through effective recruitment, performance management, mentoring, and continuous professional development. • Utilize data and performance metrics to evaluate service delivery, identify improvement opportunities, and support informed decision-making. • Support departmental budgeting, cost optimization initiatives, and efficient utilization of resources. • A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Radiology, or another allied health discipline, or a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with relevant experience in allied health services. • A master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field. • A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in healthcare management, including at least three (3) years in a leadership role.
