• Chama & Social Group Outreach: Identify, approach, and pitch the client’s group travel packages to investment clubs (Chamas), gym groups, university clubs, and active social circles. • Corporate Wellness & Team Building: Map out and pitch customized corporate retreats, team-building getaways, and end-of-year trips to HR departments and corporate leads. End-to-End Account Management: Handle client inquiries, present custom itineraries utilizing our regional provider network, send proposals, and secure group deposits to close deals. • Launch & Sell-Out Playbooks: Partner with onboarded travel creators to map out and execute their 4-week trip sales campaigns (teasers, waitlist building, launch, and final push). • Direct Sales Support: Act as the strategic partner for our creator & Captains helping them draft the exact DM scripts, caption ideas, and follow-up templates needed to convert their social media comments into paid bookings. • Pipeline Monitoring: Track booking numbers for upcoming creator trips, stepping in with proactive promotions or sales pushes if bookings are lagging. • A Proven Seller: 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner • management (experience in the travel, fintech, or hospitality sectors in East Africa is a major plus). • Relationship & Community-Driven: You know how to navigate social spaces, talk to Chama chairpersons, present to corporate HR managers, and text comfortably with Gen-Z/Millennial creators. • Highly Organized: You can manage multiple sales pipelines and creator timelines simultaneously without letting leads fall through the cracks. • Self-Motivated: You thrive in a lean startup environment and are excited by a compensation package where your hustle directly impacts your paycheck. • Base Salary: To cover transport, airtime, and basic living expenses • Uncapped Commission Structure: • A direct percentage cut of the clients platform margin on all B2B and Chama bookings you personally close. • Milestone bonuses for every creator-led trip that successfully reaches its maximum booking capacity.
