Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Economics, or a related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a loans or financial services role Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of loan regulations and procedures.Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices.Resilient with strong negotiation & communication skills.Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.Ability to work in a high-pressure, goal-oriented environment.Good knowledge of Kampala and the surrounding districts.
